Chiteki Life*

I just try to write about my Oklahoma life in English.

Today, I worked at cafeteria.
After closing there, we usually put back and clean.
When I tried to use a mop to clean a floor, coworker also wanted to use it.
He said to me "you can use first".
But because he prepared it to use, I said "after you".
At that point in time, Japan guys generally accept my saying.
He was, however, different from them and is gentleman.
He said "in America, ladies usually do first in most of the time, so you can use first".
I was happy to hear him.
I though it's just one of big differences between Japan & America.
